Payment & Delivery Policy

Payment Policy : 

- Client must pay in 2 working days before the desired delivery days ( meals plan or purchase a product ) 

- Payment can be made online through the website or bank transfer after the communication with Vitamin V team. 

-The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

- We accept online payment using Visa and MasterCard debit/credit payment in AED
- we accept also cash and bank transfer either in person at the shop or through our bank account.  

Delivery Policy : 

- We deliver across all the emirates in UAE ( except the remoter areas ) 

- Delivery will start on the agreed start date . location , timing (Morning or Evening ) 

- Any Changes to the clients delivery wither location or timing should be within 2 working days in advance - any last minute changes are subject to confirmation from the account manger 

- There may be a situation when you are unavailable to receive the meals and leave it outside the door for collection. Vitamin V cannot be responsible for any missing items , damages to the box and the food inside ( including spoilage )
